Contract Manager (South Leinster / North Munster Area)

The ideal candidate should preferably be based in the Co. Laois area.

Duties: The candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of
contracts in various locations, dealing with main contractors, site
personnel, sub-contractors, programmes and handing over quality finished
projects. Suitable candidate must have 5 - 10 years experience and also a
finishing background in the construction industry. Flooring experience
is essential preferably with vinyl and carpet. Good management skills and evidence of a previous supervisory position are also necessary. Must be computer literate.

Package: Salary (depending on experience) plus travel expenses and bonus.
